The Book Baton Needs Books!
WHAT: The Book Baton is the Middle School student book swap.
WHERE: It is the beautifully painted shelf located outside of the Lord Library.
HOW IT WORKS: You read a paperback book that you own, when you are done with the book, donate it to the Book Baton. You select a book from the shelf that you would like to read, when you finish it, return it to the shelf.
WHO: These books are selected and supplied by you, the students. There is no check out of the books. As students with integrity, you are trusted to borrow a book and return it. As students with great literary taste, you will enjoy reading books that your friends have read and recommend.
WHEN: The books on the Book Baton are always available for borrowing, even if the library is closed.
